Terms & Condition
Order Confirmation
All orders must be confirmed in writing through email or an official purchase order. Production begins only after the approval of samples and agreement on terms.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in USD or another agreed currency and may vary depending on material costs. Unless otherwise agreed, the standard payment policy requires a 50% advance and the remaining 50% before shipment.
Production & Delivery
The production timeline depends on the order quantity and design complexity, while delivery dates are provided as estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping & Risk
Shipping charges and customs duties remain the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed otherwise. The risk is transferred once goods are handed over to the courier or freight forwarder.
Quality & Claims
Every product undergoes strict quality inspection before dispatch. However, any claims related to defects must be reported within seven days of delivery.
Cancellations & Returns
Order cancellations are not accepted once production has started. Returns are only possible in cases of genuine manufacturing defects.
Intellectual Property
Designs, logos, and trademarks provided by clients remain their intellectual property, and we do not hold responsibility for any disputes arising from them.
Governing Law
All agreements are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of local courts.
